This policy explains what LoggerBot and LoggerBot Pro process, why they need it, and how you can control or delete it.

1. Data we receive

LoggerBot and LoggerBot Pro receive information that Discord makes available to an installed bot, including server, channel, member, role, message, voice, moderation, and invite events. Depending on the enabled logging categories, an event can include a Discord ID, username, message content, channel name, action details, and a timestamp.

The dashboard stores the settings needed to run the bot for each server, such as enabled log categories, destination channels, embed colors, button labels, language, and ignore rules. These settings are associated with the Discord server and its configuration.

Dashboard login uses Discord OAuth2 to identify you and check which servers you can manage. LoggerBot does not receive or store your Discord password. A temporary authentication token is stored in a secure, HTTP-only browser cookie.

2. Why we use it

We use event data to create the log messages you enable and send them to the Discord channels selected by your server staff. Message content is used only when it is needed for an enabled message log, such as a deleted-message or edited-message log.

We use server and member information to identify the action shown in a log, provide moderation and utility commands, show dashboard data, prevent abuse, and measure command usage and server activity in aggregate.

3. Where data is stored

Some configuration, activity, analytics, and feedback data is stored outside Discord on our production server hosted through AWS. We limit access to authorized administrators and use HTTPS/TLS for data sent between your browser, the dashboard, and Discord.

Log messages sent to your own Discord channels are stored by Discord and remain there according to your server’s own settings and deletion practices.

4. Retention and deletion

There is currently no universal 30-day deletion period for all data. Log messages remain in your Discord server until they are deleted by someone with permission to do so. Server configuration is retained while the bot remains installed so that it can continue operating as configured.

You can remove LoggerBot from your server at any time to stop future processing. To request deletion of stored activity data or server configuration, contact us through our support server. We will review the request and delete data that we are able to identify and remove, subject to legal or operational requirements.

5. Sharing and third parties

We do not sell, rent, or use Discord data for advertising. Data is sent to Discord as required for the bot and dashboard to function. Our infrastructure provider, AWS, may process data as part of hosting the production server.

6. Your choices and rights

You can disable individual logging categories, remove the bot from your server, and delete log messages through your normal Discord permissions. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact the LoggerBot owner through our support server:
