These terms explain the rules and responsibilities for using LoggerBot, LoggerBot Pro, and the LoggerBot dashboard.
LoggerBot and LoggerBot Pro provide configurable Discord logging, moderation support, utility commands, analytics, and a web dashboard. By inviting a bot, using the dashboard, or using a related feature, you agree to these terms and to Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
You must have permission to install or configure a bot in a Discord server. You are responsible for ensuring that your server members are informed about the logging features you enable and that your use of the service follows applicable law.
Do not use LoggerBot to harass, secretly surveil, impersonate, or unlawfully collect information about people. Do not use it to bypass Discord moderation, audit systems, rate limits, or access controls.
You control which logging categories and permissions are enabled in your server. Configure the bot carefully and grant only the permissions needed for the features you use.
We may limit, suspend, or end access when a server abuses the service, threatens the security of our infrastructure, violates Discord rules, or creates a risk for other users.
LoggerBot Pro features are available to servers with an active license or subscription. A license is linked to the server and account used for the purchase and cannot be transferred unless we approve the transfer.
Prices, features, and included limits are shown on the Pricing page and may change. If a license expires, is cancelled, or is revoked, Pro-only features may stop working while the free LoggerBot features remain available where applicable.
We aim to keep LoggerBot and the dashboard available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, Discord API changes or outages, hosting failures, network problems, and events outside our control can cause downtime or delayed logs.
We may add, remove, or change features as LoggerBot develops. We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page.
You are responsible for your server configuration, the permissions granted to the bot, the logging categories you enable, and the way you use information shown by LoggerBot. Review important moderation decisions before acting on them.
LoggerBot is provided as-is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for lost logs, missed events, inaccurate Discord data, service interruptions, or actions taken or not taken based on the service.
